Qualifikationen

Retail Property Manager Europe (m / f / d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Identify and secure suitable retail properties across Europe, ensuring strategic fits
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to assess potential locations and opportunities
• Lead negotiations and acquisition processes for new retail spaces
• Mitigate risks associated with property acquisition and lease agreements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, landlords, and other key stakeholders
• Manage and elevate the broker network to enhance market reach and property sourcing
• Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to support property-related initiatives
• Assist in property management tasks
• Support property takeovers and ensure smooth transitions for new retail locations

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES :

• Passion for real estate and retail expansion, with a strong strategic mindset
• Relevant professional experience in real estate, preferably in a retail environment
• High travel availability and a valid drivers license
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Fluency in German and English; knowledge of an additional European language is a plus
• Negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex acquisition processes
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
