Your skills
  • Minimum 5 years of retail business experience
  • Project management experience in the retail sector, e.g., implementation of technology solutions, managing interior & exterior reconstructions, refurbishments, new builds, etc.
  • Degree in MBA or an equivalent field
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Willingness to travel (25% of the time)
  • English proficiency at C1 level
Your tasks
  • Coordinate the implementation of retail technology solutions at (end) client sites.
  • Manage retail technology maintenance and support service delivery.
  • Act as SPOC for clients: managing commercial, technical, financial, and operational aspects.
  • Advise clients and internal teams & management on retail-specific business and technology needs and developments.
  • Support business development and (pre-)sales activities to secure new business.
  • Plan, control, and implement international IT projects (operative and strategic).
  • Optimize performance and delivery of project milestones.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Ensure project KPIs and financial requirements are met, taking overall accountability.
  • Analyze KPI trends and implement corrective measures.
  • Serve as the connection between customers and project teams/technicians.
  • Lead technical and non-technical teams, rectify reliability issues, monitor progress, track KPIs, and manage budgets.
