What You'll Do:

Criteo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join the Enterprise Central Europe team as a Retail Media Sales Manager CEU, reporting to the Head of Sales.

In this role, you will be responsible for scaling and securing brand and agency media buys for Criteo’s solutions, including partnerships with the “Big 6” advertising agencies, independent retail media agencies, and brand advertisers within our Enterprise business unit. You will drive revenue from your portfolio by navigating all facets of the sales process—from prospecting and understanding media buying cycles to stakeholder management and closing deals.

We are looking for a strong relationship builder who is responsive, creative, consultative, and well-networked.

The role includes but is not limited to:

  1. You will work closely with client contacts in your book of business to win new clients and increase adoption of Criteo’s solutions, covering Retail Media and Marketing Solutions (Retargeting, Acquisition & Retention).
  2. Continuously prospect and pitch to drive revenue within your portfolio.
  3. Manage client relationships from early sales stages to post-sales, aiming for long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  4. Develop a deep understanding of Criteo’s solutions, key KPIs, and use this knowledge to generate new business.
  5. Become a trusted partner and advisor, maintaining a strong network within your book of business.
  6. Meet revenue growth targets aligned with quarterly objectives.
Who You Are:
  1. Deep understanding of the DACH / Central European brand and media agency landscape and digital advertising in general.
  2. Experience in Retail Media or audience-based display campaigns (e.g., retargeting, acquisition, retention).
  3. Well-connected within the Big 6 agency groups, brand advertisers, and retail media agencies, with a broad online industry network.
  4. Proven ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate in complex situations.
  5. Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  6. Strong team player, capable of partnering internally and externally to close opportunities.
  7. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  8. High integrity in all situations.
  9. Business proficiency in German and English.
