We’re creating science-backed, crave-worthy prebiotic drinks that elevate gut health while delivering full-flavor refreshment. Our approach combines the best of nutritional function andcultural relevance to transform the way consumers experience everyday beverages.

Launching Summer 2025 in Germany, our first retail rollout is just the beginning. We’re looking for an operator and retail expert to join as Co-Founder. You’ll be joining a founding team of two (brand and product builders) and will complete the core founding team, taking the lead on our Retail & Distribution Strategy.

You bring the network, the hustle, and the deep understanding of how to win shelf space and make it stick. We bring the category-defining brand, the product, and the ambition to become the #1 prebiotic soft drink in Europe.

WHAT YOU’LL LEAD
  • Retail Listings & Expansion: Build relationships and land listings with key players

  • Negotiations & GTM Strategy: Drive negotiations, pricing, promotions, and shelf placement strategy

  • Operations & Supply Chain: Align production planning with retail demand; manage logistics and fulfillment partners

  • Performance Tracking: Build dashboards, track sell-through, refine strategy

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Retail Expertise: Strong track record in German retail - ideally with experience in beverages

  • Startup Mentality: Prior experience in an early-stage startup or founder role (FMCG/D2C preferred)

  • Network Access: Strong connections with major buyers and category leads in DACH ecosystem

  • Operator Mindset: You can run deals, fix logistics, and optimize margins

  • Analytical Thinking: Confident with numbers, dashboards, and unit economics

  • Hands-On Hustle: You’ll do whatever it takes - from store visits to strategy decks

  • Language: Native German or fluent (C1+)
