ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team at Mikuta in Berlin. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional in-store experience, embodying our brand values, and building lasting relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide outstanding customer service by understanding individual customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
2. Assist customers in selecting products that align with their preferences and the Mikuta brand ethos.
3. Maintain the visual presentation of the store, ensuring it reflects Mikuta’s clean and modern aesthetic.
4. Handle transactions efficiently, including cash and card payments, using our POS system.
5. Stay informed about Mikuta’s product lines, features, and brand story to provide accurate and inspiring information to customers.
6. Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets while promoting a positive store environment.
7. Manage inventory, restocking products, and ensuring stock accuracy.
8. Support store events, launches, and promotions.

ABOUT YOU

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in retail, customer service, or a related field, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to create meaningful connections with customers.
3. Passion for fashion and understanding of the Mikuta brand and values.
4. Team-oriented with a proactive and enthusiastic approach.
5. Fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus).
6. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
