A leading company seeks a Retail Activation Manager to coordinate and enhance retail marketing activities, manage product launches, and ensure effective execution of campaigns. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years in trade marketing and fluency in English and German, with strong project management and analytical skills preferred.
As a member of the Retail Activation team, you will support the Senior Retail Activation Manager in defining and implementing direct and indirect activity plans, with the aim of ensuring a best-in-class experience while respecting Dyson principles and guidelines.
You will manage a budget, coordinate NPD launches and product campaigns, and be responsible for measuring all activities to ensure a positive return on investments.
You will support the Senior Retail Activation Manager in defining distribution guidelines, exploring potential new channels, and sharing market data and insights with Sales and Marketing teams through regular meetings.
You will also lead special projects and serve as a role model for colleagues, providing support and guidance as needed.
Coordinate activity plans for both direct and indirect business, working with Category Managers, Key Account Managers, Head of Demo stores, and Store Managers to ensure alignment with strategy and store needs.
Ensure Retail Activation Executives can execute campaigns according to plan and coordinate NPD launches across channels.
Monitor market data (e.g., GFK) to track Dyson's market share, identify threats, and inform stakeholders about market trends.
Define and cascade Dyson Retail principles and distribution footprint, ensuring criteria are met and monitored via CRM tools.
Support other duties proactively, maintaining Dyson behaviors and the Italian Retail Sales Identity.
