Job summary

Golfpark Strelasund GmbH in Kaschow, Vorpommern, near Stralsund and Greifswald, seeks a Restaurant Specialist (m/f/d) to deliver friendly guest service and expert recommendations on food, drinks and wines.

You will ensure smooth service, maintain cleanliness, prepare mise en place, and support bar tasks. Good German and English skills, and hospitality experience, are required. The role offers a permanent full-time/part-time position with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in hospitality or catering.
• Experience in a similar restaurant/food & beverage role is desirable.
• Proficiency in German and English languages.
• Well-groomed appearance and polite manners.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive service for guests.
• Advise guests on food, drink and wine selections.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in service areas.
• Prepare and follow up mise en place in the service area.
• Prepare drinks and assist with bar service.

Your profile

A completed vocational training in the hotel and catering industry

Previous experience in the same role within the hospitality industry is desirable.

German and English language skills

A further qualification as a bartender is desirable but not essential.
