Golfpark Strelasund GmbH & Co. KG in Vorpommern between Stralsund and Greifswald seeks a House Manager / Executive Housekeeper to lead housekeeping across guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public areas, ensuring top standards and smooth operations.

The role requires prior leadership in housekeeping or domestic management; German language proficiency is essential with strong teamwork and a hands-on, guest‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in housekeeping, domestic management, or as a foreman.
• Strong organisational skills to maintain overview in demanding situations.
• Good German language skills; English is a plus.
• Friendly, proactive attitude and teamwork orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms, meeting rooms, public areas, offices and storage rooms.
• Perform spot checks and supervise check-in controls.
• Support with room cleaning and guest requests.
• Manage housekeeping lists and laundry cycle quality control.
• Handle lost and found, stock management, and budget adherence.
• Coordinate maintenance work with hotel management and other departments.
• Induct and supervise trainees in the Housekeeping department.

Family‑run Golfpark Strelasund lies idyllically in Kaschow in Vorpommern – conveniently located between Stralsund and Greifswald. Our resort features two 18‑hole golf courses, a hotel with a spa area, and the rural inn Frettwurst, the bar Anna's Corner, a footgolf course, meeting and event rooms, and holiday apartments.

• Responsibility for the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms, meeting rooms, public areas, offices, and storage rooms
• Spot checks of cleaned rooms and check‑in control
• Support with room cleaning and implementation of individual guest wishes
• Control and editing of housekeeping lists with the rooms to be cleaned daily
• File and quality control of the magazines, as well as monitoring of the entire laundry cycle
• Lost and found administration and documentation
• Planning and monitoring of regularly performed tasks
• Reporting and coordination of maintenance work in consultation with the hotel management
• Close cooperation and coordination with the building services and reception departments
• Carrying out technical checks and preparing repair lists
• Purchasing room inventory, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities while adhering to the budget
• Invoice checking and approval for the Housekeeping department
• Stock management and stocktaking in the Housekeeping department
• Induction and supervision of trainees in the Housekeeping department in accordance with the training plan

Your profile

Experience You have initial leadership experience in housekeeping, domestic management, or as a foreman – the hotel industry is your passion.

Organisation You also maintain an overview in demanding situations.

Communication You have good German language skills; English language skills are an advantage.
