The ideal Restaurant General Manager should be a strategic leader with a clear vision for growth, adept at overseeing operations, managing finances, fostering team development, and contributing fresh ideas to drive the restaurant toward achieving its objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Guide the management team in achieving sales, cost, hospitality, and morale objectives as the Restaurant General Manager.
2. Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, staffing, and financial performance.
3. Possess a strategic vision for future growth, contribute fresh ideas, and focus on building a high-performing team to drive company goals forward.
