Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Erster Kontakt mit Gästen, Beziehungsaufbau und -pflege.

• Optimierung des Umsatzes durch Cross-Selling.
• Bearbeitung von Buchungen über Reservierungssysteme.

Your tasks as a reservation agent in Rostock:

• You will ensure a sustainable and authentic first contact, build up a guest relationship and retain guests at our resorts and hotels.
• You act with great empathy and independently answer guest enquiries by phone and email for our resorts in Germany, Austria and Italy
• You advise our guests individually and competently and sell our hotel services with heart and conviction.
• You optimise our turnover through cross-selling.
• You check and process bookings via reservation systems, OTAs and tour operators

You bring with you:

• Training as a hotel specialist (m/f/d), tourism clerk (m/f/d) or similar would be an advantage
• Professional experience at hotel reception, in reservations or in customer service as a call centre agent or in a travel agency desirable
• A pleasant and expressive voice as well as a positive and competent charisma with a pinch of charm
• Convincing and authentic salesperson
• Business fluent in written and spoken German (at least C1 level)
• Very good computer skills (MS Office, hotel software) and a quick grasp of new systems
