Qualifikationen

• Abschluss in Chemieingenieurwesen oder verwandten Bereichen, idealerweise mit PhD.
• Erste Erfahrungen in der Prozessentwicklung sind von Vorteil.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

From the idea to a profitable process - we develop and optimize production processes, enable innovations for materials, nutrition & health, polymers, plant protection and much more.

1. From creating initial process concepts and evaluating new technologies to supporting the commissioning of the production plant - as a process developer, you are right in the middle of it all and accompany the entire process from start to finish.
2. You have an eye for the big picture, but can also go into the depth of process engineering.
3. Furthermore, you ensure that the overall process is innovative and sustainable - you will be supported by our specialists to optimize individual process steps.
4. For our development projects, you will bring together scientists, process specialists and company departments.
5. You will combine the requirements of the business with the results from research for implementation in production and handover to the plant engineering department.
6. Last but not least, you think ahead: you plan and coordinate tests from laboratory to production scale and evaluate the progress of the project.

WHAT YOU OFFER

1. Degree in chemical engineering, process engineering or technical chemistry, ideally with a PhD.
2. Initial experience in process development is an advantage.
3. Get to the heart of the matter and communicate complex issues clearly in German and English.
4. Teamwork, personal responsibility and support are very important.
5. Strong data awareness and ability to use digital skills and tools to solve scientific problems.
6. Enjoy contributing your own ideas and have the passion to implement them successfully.
