Research Director (Life Sciences / Consumer)

Location : Remote – Germany

A well-established life sciences research consultancy is seeking a Research Director with strong quantitative & qualitative expertise to lead their expanding team.

You will drive high-impact research programmes influencing strategic decision-making across consumer insights, market trends & product evaluation within the life sciences sector.

About the Role :

• Lead & oversee multiple end-to-end quantitative & qualitative research projects, from study design through to insight delivery
• Collaborate closely with internal teams & senior clients to ensure smooth project execution & delivery excellence
• Present high-level findings & strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders & key decision-makers
• Drive business development initiatives, including proposal writing, pitching new projects & expanding client relationships

Experience Required :

• Extensive experience in quantitative & qualitative research with experience across consumer or life sciences / healthcare markets
• Proven ability to lead complex research programmes & deliver consumer-centric, data-driven insights
• Strong client management skills with a track record of managing multiple projects effectively
• Demonstrated success in business development & writing research proposals
