Aufgaben
To strengthen our leading market position within the MEMS sensors, we will extend our MEMS technology to 300mm wafers. Therefore, we are looking for highly engaged development engineers who have a passion for technology and process development.
- As a Development Engineer, you will drive and control innovative technology developments for complex products, including scheduling and acting as a customer interface.
- You will implement development goals as part of a team of experts, achieving these goals through intensive, collaborative work, personal responsibility, and independence.
- You will have the opportunity to develop wafer processes for manufacturing micromechanical products, both conceptually and hands-on in the clean room and laboratory.
- Additionally, you will utilize new technologies and materials, performing technical and economic evaluations of new processes' feasibility.
- While coordinating internal interfaces in development and manufacturing, you will oversee the process from start of development to solutions ready for series production.
- Staying up-to-date: You will cooperate with research institutes for basic development and manage quality assessments and process releases.
Profil
- Personality: Self-initiated, assertive, creative, team player, goal-oriented.
- Working Practice: Systematic, decisive, able to work under pressure.
- Experience and Know-How: Several years of relevant professional experience or a PhD, with very good knowledge in sensor, micromechanics, and semiconductor technology; knowledge of analytical methods is beneficial; excellent understanding of physical principles and interrelationships.
- Language: Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
- Education: Completed university studies (Master/Diploma/PhD) in engineering, natural sciences, physics, chemistry, material sciences, or a comparable qualification.
