Qualifikationen

At the University of Kassel, Department Electrical Engineering / Computer Science, Measurement Technology Group the following position is available as soon as possible:

Research Assistant (m/w/d), EG 13 TV-H, fixed term-position, full-time (currently 40 hours per week)

Date of hire: as soon as possible

This is a fixed term-position until 31 January 2027 within the ZIM-project OptiVision 3D, corresponding to WissZeitVG with the opportunity for PhD project.

Tasks:

  • Services in research ZIM project mentioned above

Requirements:

  • Completed course of academic study (Master degree) within the field of Electrical Engineering or a comparable course. The required degree must be available by the recruitment date at the latest.

Advantages are:

  • Good knowledge of data processing and automation of camera-based optical measurement systems
  • Substantial computer and programming skills, particularly in Matlab, Python, C++
