Zusammenfassung

Sie werden an innovativen Forschungsprojekten arbeiten, insbesondere im Bereich der Rastersondenmikroskopie, und haben die Möglichkeit, Ihre Kenntnisse in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu vertiefen. Wir suchen engagierte Bewerber mit einem Abschluss in Physik oder ähnlichem und Interesse an interdisziplinärer Forschung.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Physik oder Nanowissenschaften mit mindestens guten Ergebnissen.
• Interesse an der Wechselwirkung lebender Zellen mit Oberflächenstrukturen.
• Kenntnisse in experimenteller Physik, insbesondere an Oberflächen und Mikroskopiemethoden.

Aufgaben

• Durchführung von Messungen mit der Rastersondenmikroskopie in physiologischen Zellkulturmedien.
• Forschung zu funktionellem Imaging für das Rasterkraftmikroskop und aktive Stabilisierung.
• Datenbewertung, Durchführung finaler Experimente, grafische Präsentationen und Ergebnisdiskussion.

THESE ARE YOUR TASKS:

• scanning probe microscopy in physiological cell culture media
• research on functional imaging for the atomic force microscope and active stabilisation
  • data evaluation
  • final experiments
  • graphical presentations
  • deriving and discussing results

THIS MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT:

• completed university degree (state exam, diploma, master's degree or comparable degree) in physics or nanosciences with at least good results
• interest in interdisciplinary themes, e.g. interaction of live cells with surface structures
• knowledge of the basics of experimental physics or chemistry, especially of interfaces, scanning probe microscopy methods
• good knowledge of the German and English language
