About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Analyst with solid experience in the financial industry to support the development and optimization of our rating and monitoring platform. The ideal candidate (m / f / d) has 3-5 years of experience in the rating industry and has a strong interest in digital assets to take our ratings to the next level.

Responsibilities

1. Aggregating and analyzing data to gain meaningful insights and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the data.
2. Prepare and write comprehensive rating reports, including conceptualization, data analysis, and clear presentation of results.
3. Coordinate internal requirements and constraints with developers, marketing, sales, and external partners to ensure product alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
4. Ensure that research activities and data aggregation meet the highest quality standards and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
5. Seek opportunities to continuously improve data collection, automation, analytics, and reporting processes.
6. Keep ahead of industry best practices.
7. Improve our holistic rating framework by ensuring the accuracy and relevance of metrics through analyzing market conditions and trends in digital assets.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in the financial sector, with a focus on credit ratings (> 3 years of experience).
2. Strong understanding of blockchain technology and tokenized assets.
3. Knowledge of data analytics and familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
4. In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and regulatory frameworks for digital assets.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
6. Proficient communication and writing skills in English.
7. Strong analytical skills to develop strategic plans based on market research and data insights.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new market trends and technological advances.
