Your Tasks

Our projects and areas of responsibility are diverse. You will be involved in ongoing projects and have the opportunity to independently manage new projects, maintaining direct contact with clients. Your responsibilities include analyzing and technically evaluating complex customer requirements in the automotive sector (e.g., Power Electronics), deriving specific product requirements (typically aligned with A-SPICE), and supporting the technical team with generating new requirements (UX perspective) and assessing their potential impacts. Daily tasks also involve participating in technical alignments, presenting new requirements within Change Control Boards, and preparing decision templates. Ultimately, you will ensure the reliability and validity of the requirements.

Your Profile

Applicants should have a completed technical high school education (Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Vehicle Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Information Technology, etc.) and possess strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Passion for topics like Autonomous Driving, Connectivity, Electric Drive, and Shared Mobility is desirable. You should be quick to learn new structures and processes, applying your knowledge to solve complex problems. Comfort within a technical environment and the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences are essential. Experience in Requirements Engineering, Automotive Requirements Processes (e.g., A-SPICE, ASIL), and familiarity with software development and testing processes are preferred, along with experience with tools like IBM Rational DOORS, IBM Rational Synergy, CANape, and EXAM. Experience in developing steering systems is an advantage.
