Overview

Pandora EMEA Distribution Center GmbH, a company of the Pandora Group based in Hamburg-Moorfleet, is part of our logistics network shipping to 69 countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Our distribution center emphasizes sustainability and efficient processes, employing about 240 people from over 40 nationalities delivering to Pandora stores, end customers via the online shop, and offering services such as engravings and gift packaging.

For our distribution center in Hamburg-Moorfleet, we are seeking energetic people to help deliver delightful experiences to the EMEA region. Join us as:

Representative, Customer Experience B2B (m/f/d)

Responsibilities
  • The customer relations representative on the B2B function delivers a class-leading customer service experience to Stores, Partners and local market teams, ensuring a positive experience across all communication channels (phone, email, and other platforms).
  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently, maintain service quality, and ensure high satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Contribute to process optimization by providing feedback and supporting continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Serve as a bridge between internal stakeholders and customers, applying a customer-first, end-to-end approach to inquiries.
  • Act as the first point of contact to handle communications via email and calls, delivering proactive service and feedback within promised response times.
  • Handle and resolve inquiries professionally following established policies in different languages.
  • Support communications with Distribution Centre functions to ensure prompt and accurate information sharing with all relevant teams.
  • Work independently while maintaining a strong team ethos and a can-do attitude.
  • Understand the processes and customers’ needs of the markets in support, and adapt to ensure high customer satisfaction.
