Job Responsibilities
  1. Europe-wide quotation and invoicing for our rental systems.
  2. Clarification of logistics and freight costs for shipping.
  3. Maintenance of rental price, reservation, and accessory lists.
  4. Contract management of our external rental centers.
  5. Article maintenance in our ERP system, Microsoft Navision.
  6. Organization of the exchange, retrieval, and redelivery of rental equipment.
Qualifications
  1. Completed training in the commercial or technical field.
  2. Professional experience in the administrative support of a technical department.
  3. Experience in an ERP system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
  4. Fluent German and English skills required.
