THE ROLE

We are looking for travel enthusiasts with a passion for guest service to join our depot in Munich - Berglern. You will be the face of our company, reporting directly to the Branch Operations Supervisor, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining our fleet, and managing depot operations.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

1. Handling reservations, welcoming guests, and managing check-ins and check-outs;
2. Preparing and cleaning campervans;
3. Maintaining campervans and monitoring maintenance needs;
4. Registering guests, monitoring stock, and processing payments;
5. Handling complaints and troubleshooting emergencies.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Travel enthusiasts with customer service experience, preferably in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car;
• Fluent in English (mandatory) and German (desirable);
• Available for full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time (20-25 hours/week) work;
• Eligible to work in Germany, with a valid driver’s license and confidence to drive a campervan;
• Available to work on weekends and public holidays;
• Responsible, well-organized, and problem-solving skills.
