Job Description

Our Renewal team is responsible for growing revenue and preventing churn within our existing customer base. The team is a global part of the Sales organization.

The Renewal Manager will secure and grow revenue through timely renewal of contracts in their assigned territory. They will collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure successful renewals, generate additional revenue, and identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities :
  • Achieve targets to minimize revenue attrition, secure favorable contract terms, and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Develop and execute negotiation strategies.
  • Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success to craft renewal strategies.
  • Maintain accurate revenue forecasts, identify at-risk renewals, and develop strategies for timely closure.
  • Contribute to process improvements within the renewal cycle.
Qualifications

Experience in sales, operations, or account management with a focus on client relationships.

  • Proven success in achieving sales or KPI targets.
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills, with experience in value-based contracts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Experience with process management, financials, and Salesforce CRM.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Full professional proficiency in German and English is required for discussing sustainable procurement solutions in both languages.
