Job Description

Our Renewal team is responsible for growing revenue and preventing churn with our existing customer base. The Renewal organization is a global team within the Sales department.

The Renewal Manager is responsible for securing and growing revenue through the timely renewal of contracts in their assigned territory. They will craft strategies with internal partners such as Sales and Customer Success to secure each renewal and generate incremental revenue. The focus will be on maximizing revenue growth at renewal, minimizing revenue attrition, securing favorable contract terms, and identifying additional product growth opportunities.

Responsibilities :

  • Achieve financial and strategic targets to minimize revenue attrition, secure favorable contract terms, and identify incremental expansion sales revenue while increasing customer trust.
  • Develop and implement successful negotiation strategies.
  • Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success teams to understand and develop renewal strategies for customers.
  • Maintain an accurate forecast of incremental revenue, identify at-risk renewals, and develop strategies for timely closure.
  • Collaborate with managers and internal teams to improve renewal processes continuously.

Qualifications :

  • Experience in Sales Operations or Account Management, focusing on fostering strong client relationships.
  • Proven success in achieving goals, targets, or KPIs in Sales Operations or Account Management.
  • Strong objection-handling skills and experience with value-based contract negotiations.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with process management, financial understanding, and Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Full professional proficiency in German and English for discussing sustainable procurement solutions.
