Keysight’s Services Sales organization have a great opportunity for the right individual to become part of an exciting and dynamic team!

The Renewals Specialist demonstrates proven and disciplined sales methodologies and is responsible for renewal of existing agreements and the upselling and cross-selling of the Keysight Portfolio to the entire customer organization, from technicians to executives. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you influence long-term strategic direction, whilst building and maintaining customer relationships to ensure the timely and effective renewal of existing customers agreements.

You lead the development and disciplined execution of the agreement renewal strategy for the assigned territory to generate business growth opportunities. Navigating complex selling processes you proactively lead customers through the sales process to close deals. You explore and understand complex customer requirements on a business and technical level to engage, educate, and ensure customer satisfaction. You develop outstanding account plans with a deep knowledge of the Keysight services portfolio to build a strong funnel of incremental business.

Responsibilities

What is your assignment?

  • You cover most of they Keysight businesses and are the specialist within Keysight (for your colleagues) and for the customer when it comes to Renewals and Services Sales
  • Driving communication with the Customers and Account Managers with whom you align strategies.
  • Prepare account plans for your most important customers, and report out the strategies you developed.
  • Develop with Keysight technical staff service solutions to ensure continued customer success - the heart of our Keysight Leadership Model
  • You manage your assigned customers, your sales funnel, and you take responsibility for the results of your business.
  • Being able to report your success and communicate your funnel during regular business reviews

  • Demonstrated experience - track record in disciplined execution of a renewals process including complex funnel management to enable reaching and exceeding sales goals in a renewals business and accelerating business growth.
  • Proactive - to ensure a timely renewals process.
  • Strategic - scheduled approach to selling; driven by disciplined execution and proactive proven sales methodologies and mentality
  • Leadership mindset - lead Customer Business Reviews and other Sales related projects requiring coordination with partner organizations within the business

  • Business & Financial Acumen Capability
  • Well versed in Mircrosoft Office - Excel for data analysis & comparison and Powerpoint for customer presentations
  • Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2-4 yrs relevant experience
