Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Projekt- oder Bau-Management.
• Erfahrung in erneuerbaren Energieprojekten ist bevorzugt.

Your Tasks

• Manage all aspects of large Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) Solar projects in Europe, focusing on Germany.
• Ensure the successful execution of engineering, procurement, and construction activities, maintaining performance, financial metrics, planning, schedule, safety, quality, contractual compliance, and client satisfaction.
• Lead large teams of international professionals across disciplines.
• Coordinate activities related to engineering, procurement, and construction.
• Serve as the primary contact for the client, providing updates and maintaining communication between the client and internal stakeholders.
• Manage risks, opportunities, changes, and recognitions within projects.
• Plan and coordinate all construction aspects, including subcontractor selection and collaboration with engineers and vendors.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in project or construction management.
• Experience in renewable energy projects is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Project Management methods and processes.
• Basic financial knowledge and ability to handle finance-related information independently.
• Experience managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Project.
• Team-oriented, flexible, independent, self-driven, results-oriented, with good presentation and intercultural skills.
• Willingness to travel.
