Position Overview:

We’re looking for ambitious, coachable, and self-motivated Remote Solar Sales Consultants to join our virtual team. Whether you’re experienced in solar or new to the industry, if you can build rapport, follow a proven process, and close deals – you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct virtual consultations with homeowners using Zoom or phone

• Educate clients on solar energy solutions and savings opportunities

• Use provided tools (CRM, proposal software, etc.) to guide the customer journey

• Manage your sales pipeline and follow up with leads regularly

• Work inbound leads and/or self-generate opportunities if desired

• Collaborate with our support team to ensure smooth installations

Compensation & Perks:

• 100% remote, flexible schedule (full-time or part-time)

• Uncapped commissions – top closers make $8,000–$15,000/month

• Bonuses for volume, referrals, and team-building

• Sales tools and high-converting digital presentations provided

• Option to generate your own leads for higher commission payouts

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven sales ability (solar, real estate, insurance, or phone sales a plus)

• Excellent communication and listening skills

• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

• Tech-savvy – you’re comfortable with Zoom, CRMs, and digital tools

• A winning mindset and willingness to learn

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Solar sales experience or energy knowledge

• Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred but not required)

• Experience working remotely or managing your own schedule
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
