Job Description:

Cross Border Talents is looking for a native Croatian speaking Car Rental Customer Service Agent to work for a leading provider in Athens, Greece!

Activities
  1. Act as a car hire agent and handle customer queries (general inquiries, cancellations, and amendments);
  2. Respond to consumer inquiries/questions via phone, email, and chat channels (no camera required);
  3. Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback in the customer service database;
  4. Troubleshoot issues using open questions, support documents, and system training;
  5. Provide recommendations for common problems or FAQs.
Requirements
  1. High School Diploma or higher preferred;
  2. Native/Fluent Croatian speaker;
  3. Good English skills - minimum B1 (training may be in English);
  4. Problem-solving skills;
  5. Strong troubleshooting skills;
  6. Familiarity with technology;
  7. Positive and upbeat attitude (important as senior specialists handle escalations);
  8. Previous customer-facing experience;
  9. Hospitality or Car Rental experience is preferable;
  10. Passion for customer service;
  11. Private health and life insurance provided;
  12. Permanent contract;
  13. 25 days annual leave;
  14. Working hours: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
Relocation package*
  1. 3 weeks accommodation in a nearby hotel (no further assistance after this period);
  2. Up to 300 euros accommodation support for candidates moving from abroad (initial payment);
  3. Legal support with hiring documents (candidates must gather and provide required documents);

*Candidates based in Greece are not eligible for relocation packages.
