Your Role:

We’re looking for a dedicated Relocation Consultant based in Munich to support our incoming international professionals with housing and settling-in services. Our core team covers visa and immigration; you’ll be the friendly local expert helping new arrivals feel truly at home in Munich.

Tasks

• Handle short- and long-term housing searches tailored to individual needs

• Arrange and accompany (virtual) property viewings

• Support registration processes and local bureaucracy

• Coordinate kindergarten, school searches, and family-related support

• Offer city orientation tours and onboarding meetings

• Provide ongoing settling-in assistance to newcomers and their families

Requirements

• You have experience in relocation or client-facing support services, ideally with a focus on housing or integration
• You know Munich inside and out and bring a reliable local network
• You’re fluent in German and English
• You’re structured, empathetic, and proactive
• You can provide at least three client or project references
