What you will enjoy doing

  • Define the strategy for managing the rotating assets of the plants in the region.
  • Support the Reliability & Maintenance team in implementing the LINDE Standard for Predictive, Preventive, and Corrective Maintenance to improve plant availability and reliability.
  • Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency in the management of rotating equipment.
  • Provide support to operations and maintenance for issue troubleshooting, leading or supporting root-cause analysis.
  • Assist in defining equipment specifications for project execution.
  • Lead or support the turnaround team in scope, planning, and execution of activities.
  • Advise on spare parts to ensure good plant availability.
  • Prepare technical documents and data sheets.
  • Participate in digitization and automation processes, contributing to digital transformation.

What makes you great

  • University degree in engineering or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience in industrial plants.
  • Good English skills; knowledge of French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, or German is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
  • Broad knowledge of rotating equipment (turbocompressors, expansion turbines, reciprocating compressors, pumps).
  • Desire to take on new challenges and contribute to digital transformation.
  • Ability to collect, interpret, and utilize data effectively.
