Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer to coordinate a SAFe program for a large federal enterprise cloud platform in Germany. You will facilitate RTE ceremonies, align multiple agile teams, and manage dependencies to deliver value on plan.

You will coach teams and stakeholders, maintain the program board, and drive improvements in flow, cadence, and quality. Requires 3+ years in SAFe delivery and a BA/BS, ability to obtain US Public Trust.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years of experience, or equivalent.
• Experience facilitating agile delivery across multiple teams in a SAFe environment.
• Experience with agile project management tools.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Public Trust / suitability determination.
• SAFe Release Train Engineer certification or SAFe Program Consultant preferred.
• Experience coordinating large, multi-team technology programs preferred.

• Coordinate multiple agile teams to deliver value predictably within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment
• Lead program-level ceremonies
• Manage cross-team dependencies
• Help the train meet its scope, schedule, and quality commitments
• Drive the Agile Release Train toward predictable delivery and PI objective attainment
• Maintain the program board and track delivery status to stakeholders
• Coach teams, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders on SAFe practices
• Support continuous improvement of flow, cadence, and team health across the train
• Communicate effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s and 3+ years of experience; relevant experience may be substituted for education
• Experience facilitating agile delivery across multiple teams in a SAFe environment
• Experience with agile project management tools
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Public Trust / suitability determination
• Prior experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or SAFe Program Consultant certification (preferred)
• Experience coordinating large, multi-team technology programs (preferred)
