Tasks
What you’ll do
- Task Prioritization and Alignment:
- Collaborate closely with the product team to understand task priorities and align release activities accordingly.
- Resource Planning and Estimation:
- Conduct resource planning for each team, ensuring optimal allocation.
- Provide accurate estimations for project timelines and resource requirements.
- Progress Monitoring and Risk Management:
- Implement robust systems for tracking task progress and identifying potential risks.
- Proactively address and mitigate risks to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects.
- Release Reporting:
- Generate comprehensive release reports, documenting key metrics, outcomes, and areas for improvement.
- Workflow Management:
- Take ownership of task boards and work closely with teams to streamline workflows.
- Ensure boards accurately reflect task status and facilitate regular updates.
- Methodology Expertise:
- Apply your Scrum and Kanban methodologies knowledge to tailor processes to project requirements, promoting efficiency and agility.
- Jira Proficiency:
- Utilize your expertise in Jira to manage tasks, track progress, and facilitate effective communication within and between teams.
Requirements
Our ideal new colleague
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in release management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Proficiencyin Jira and other project management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
