To support our exponential growth, we are looking for a Release Manager (m/f/d) to join our team! The role is located in Hamburg.

Tasks

What you'll do

  1. Task Prioritization and Alignment: Collaborate closely with the product team to understand task priorities and align release activities accordingly.
  2. Resource Planning and Estimation: Conduct resource planning for each team, ensuring optimal allocation and providing accurate estimations for project timelines and resource requirements.
  3. Progress Monitoring and Risk Management: Implement systems for tracking task progress and identifying risks. Proactively address and mitigate risks to ensure timely project completion.
  4. Release Reporting: Generate comprehensive release reports documenting key metrics, outcomes, and areas for improvement.
  5. Workflow Management: Take ownership of task boards, streamline workflows, and ensure boards reflect task status with regular updates.
  6. Methodology Expertise: Apply your knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies to tailor processes that promote efficiency and agility.
  7. Jira Proficiency: Use Jira to manage tasks, track progress, and facilitate effective communication within and between teams.

Requirements
