Responsibilities:

1. Setup and development of a modern accounting structure for Talanx cedents in Latin America.
2. Verification and balancing of reinsurance data to process statements of accounts and balances for Talanx AG and Talanx Reinsurance Broker.
3. Quality management, coordination, and on-time delivery of accounting data for internal and external clients.
4. Collaboration and support in developing and optimizing technical tools and applications used within the accounting process.
5. Communication with internal and external clients in an international environment.
6. Accounting reconciliation of reinsurance statements of account.
7. Development and standardization of the accounting process for cedents.

Your profile:

1. Professional education (e.g., economics, comparable studies, or qualification).
2. Ideally, experience in insurance and/or reinsurance, financial, or technical accounting.
3. Experience with reinsurance accounting systems (ProRis, Re7, SAP FS-RI) is preferred.
4. Ambitious, empathetic team player open to new challenges.
5. Open, solution-oriented mindset.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office; familiar with tools like SQL, Power-BI for large data sets.
7. Fluent in German and English; Portuguese and Spanish are advantageous.
