THE ROLE

We seek travel enthusiasts with a passion for guest service for our depot in Maintal - Frankfurt. Reporting to the Branch Operations Supervisor, as Support & Cleaning Staff, your goal will be to deliver excellent customer service and keep our fleet in top condition.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors according to company standards and client requests;
• Verify, prepare, and equip vans before each booking;
• Perform inspections and maintain accurate records of vehicle condition;
• Move and park vans, or pick up clients from the airport;
• Maintain all equipment, extras, and consumables at the depot;
• Deliver and collect vehicles for repairs, maintenance, or specific locations.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a van (plus);
• Physical ability to walk, crouch, bend, and stand for extended periods;
• Experience preparing cars for dealerships or rental services (plus);
• Attention to cleanliness and inspection details;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Immediate availability.
