Responsibilities

1. Ensure flawless and timely reporting processes.
2. Perform plausibility checks, control, and document the regulatory reporting process.
3. Be responsible for statistical and financial regulatory reports of N26 Bank and Group.
4. Enhance the reporting function for effectiveness and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
5. Implement new reporting processes as required by regulatory changes or product launches.
6. Represent the Reporting Team in cross-functional alignments with various stakeholders within the organization.
7. Automate processes to improve efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in banking, financial outsourcing, or financial institutions.
• A degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, or a banking education with further qualifications.
• Knowledge of financial and banking legislation (CRR III, CRD VI, KWG), COREP & FINREP, and experience with regulatory reporting software.
• Experience with bank reporting regulations and technical specifications.
• Proven ability to work on projects and establish new processes.
• Ownership mentality and ability to meet deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Structured thinking and strong communication skills.
• Fluent in both German and English.
