Regulatory & (IT-)Risk Manager (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and supervisory requirements for a financial services institution.
2. Design and develop policies and procedures regarding minimum risk management standards (MaRisk) and banking supervision requirements for IT (BAIT).
3. Monitor current regulatory developments and continuously assess regulatory risk.
4. Support internal and external audits.
5. Assist in creating risk strategies and reports for management and external stakeholders.
6. Advise departments on regulatory requirements, e.g., when entering new markets or launching new products.
7. Support compliance with internal and external IT regulations.

Your Qualifications:

1. Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Law, or a comparable qualification with relevant experience.
2. At least 3-5 years of experience in regulatory affairs and/or (IT) risk management, e.g., at an auditing firm.
3. Good knowledge of relevant financial industry regulations (e.g., MaRisk, BAIT, DORA).
4. Experience with establishing and developing an Information Security Management System (ISMS) per ISO 27001 is advantageous.
5. Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
6. High IT affinity.
7. Independent and goal-oriented working style.
8. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
