Responsibilities

• Provide advice on food regulations and their requirements to relevant stakeholders.
• Guide the Regulatory Affairs Enteral Nutrition Team regarding raw material and finished product compliance.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge database on food law topics and foster a regulatory expert network.
• Participate as a project team member in food law evaluations and advice for projects such as new product developments, line extensions, and product changes/optimizations.
• Engage actively in association working groups related to food for special medical purposes.
• Drive improvements in Regulatory Affairs processes through the development and implementation of procedures, policies, and standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Completed university degree in food law or food science.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in the regulatory environment of the food industry.
• Profound knowledge of food law (national, EU, Codex), especially regarding the composition, labeling, presentation, and advertising of foods for specific groups.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; German is a plus.
• Excellent IT skills (Office 365) and confident handling of databases and document management systems.
• Experience in national or regional association working groups.
