We are seeking a Regional Surgical Clinical Manager (m/f/d) for the North West & North East region of Germany.


Purpose: Lead a clinical team, oversee operations, and drive success while prioritizing patient care. Communicate organizational goals effectively to your team to enhance patient experiences.


Your Main Responsibilities

  • Coach field team members through travel and on-site support.
  • Manage clinical outcomes by applying best practices and training.
  • Support patient implant coverage and customer communication.
  • Drive growth in surgical business, collaborating with various teams.
  • Develop team competence through training, retention, and performance management.
  • Implement surgical products and train physicians and hospital staff.
  • Build peer-to-peer surgical networks and educational programs.
  • Coordinate surgical campaigns with marketing teams.
  • Represent the company professionally at conferences.
  • Provide support in complex cases and new surgical centers.

Your Expertise

  • College degree in Business, Nursing, Cardiac Perfusion, or related field; Bachelor’s preferred.
  • At least 5 years of management experience, preferably in MCS or related areas.
  • Strategic selling skills and effective communication.
  • Strong cardiac OR or cath lab experience.
  • Willingness to travel (60%).
  • Fluency in German and English.
