Job Title : Regional Territory Manager – Neurovascular (Stroke Solutions)

After a milestone year in 2025, highlighted by major regulatory approvals, rapid clinical adoption, and robust sales growth, our client is expanding across Europe, with Germany as a strategic priority.

We are seeking a Regional Territory Manager to lead all commercial activities in Germany. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you will be the 7th hire in Europe, taking full ownership of a high-potential territory and playing a pivotal role in our client’s growth journey.

Who We’re Looking For :

  • Commercially driven sales professionals with a proven track record in Endovascular, Interventional Cardiology, or Neurovascular sales
  • Passionate about innovation and eager to make an impact in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Comfortable working autonomously and driving strategy in a dynamic market

Requirements :

  • 5+ years’ experience in Endovascular, Interventional Cardiology, or Neurovascular device sales (essential)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset : driven, proactive, and hands-on
