Qualifikationen

  • 3-5 Jahre Vertriebserfahrung im Verkauf an Hersteller, vorzugsweise CAD/CAM.
  • Starke Fähigkeiten in aktives Zuhören und Problemlösung.

Cimatron provides toolmakers with an integrated CAD/CAM solution for the design and manufacture of plastic injection molds and sheet metal stamping dies, as well as programming 2D to 5-Axis milling CNC machines. Created with the toolmaker in mind, it provides intelligent automation that complements the toolmaker’s skills to deliver the highest quality tools while compressing production time and cost.

This position requires a highly energetic, motivated, and creative individual who will be responsible for the development and management of Cimatron Software sales. We are looking for a Sales Representatives located from the Southern Bavaria / Austria Regions.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Meet sales goals and objectives through productive sales activities and by identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Proactively identify potential clients and initiate contact and promote our CAD/CAM software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with customers and ensure consistent business follow-up.
  • Listen and understand client needs, analyse them to provide tailored software recommendations.
  • Prepare, submit and close sales deals.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of Company’s current and future products and solutions.
  • Provide regular updates, accurate territory sales forecast, monthly status reports, and quarterly sales projection reports.
  • Obtain and report current on market information in the region (trends, competition, pricing, etc.)
  • Coordinate and participate in exhibitions, conferences, tradeshows, user group meetings, and industry and product webinars with a customer-specific value focus to introduce new products to customers and distributors.
  • Develop and manage sales funnel by monitoring funnel growth, accuracy, and conversion in NetSuite/CRM.

Requirements

  • 3-5 Years sales experience selling to manufacturers with experience in capital equipment sales, CAD/CAM preferred
  • Strong Active Listening, analysing and problem solving
  • Self-Discipline, drive to work autonomously and collaborate as part of a team
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Good experience and ability in sales representative function:
    • to generate and qualify customer leads and track via CRM.
    • to handle technical objections and clearly articulate the product architecture and its benefits.
    • to build strong relationships with customers and identify decision-makers.
    • To prospect, generate leads, negotiate and close deal
    • Willing to travel and be flexible
    • English language skills needed
