As Regional Sales Manager - Southern Europe (m / f / d), you are the first point of contact for our dealer network in a defined area and responsible for developing Crown’s presence together with this network.

Your added value for us

  • You will be responsible for developing and monitoring a dealer network in a defined territory
  • You will ensure that the dealers' targets are achieved and that Crown's market share is continuously expanded
  • You will ensure that the dealers' product and portfolio knowledge is always up to date
  • You will support your dealers during customer visits and play a key role in customer care
  • You are in close contact with the Key Account Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and support our Key Accounts in expanding into new markets
  • You will follow Crown's marketing strategy and ensure adherence to the customer journey
  • You will present your results to management and highlight potential opportunities

Requirements & Qualifications

  • You have a technical or commercial degree and some experience in a similar position
  • You are characterized by excellent customer and service orientation and entrepreneurial thinking
  • You enjoy engaging with customers and dealers and know how to develop long-term relationships
  • You enjoy traveling regularly and working internationally
  • You speak English fluently, and possibly other languages like Spanish, Portuguese, German, etc.
