The Opportunity

This role is based in our Cologne, Düsseldorf region within Abbott Diabetes Care. We focus on helping people with diabetes manage their health with innovative products that provide accurate data for better decisions. We are revolutionizing glucose monitoring with new sensing technology.

Your Responsibilities
  • Achieve or surpass sales and market share targets, KPIs, and drive profitable growth in the region
  • Lead a team of 8-12 sales representatives
  • Ensure compliance with quality system requirements
  • Drive revenue growth through volume, account, and expense management
  • Implement country product launches successfully
  • Recognize individual performance, conduct reviews, and reward achievements
Qualifications
  • Postgraduate diploma or university degree with 3-5 years of leadership experience
  • 3-5 years in Pharma or Medical Devices
  • Strong knowledge of the diabetes technology landscape
  • Proven ability to work as an RSM with KOLs in healthcare
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English
  • Experience leading high-performance teams
  • Ability to analyze KPIs and motivate teams
