About the role

In this position, you will help develop our business in the East Germany region, including Hessia, Baden Württemberg, and Bavaria. The role is essential for building upon our market position with EMEA Distribution to support our global growth ambitions. The position can be based in Munich or remotely within Germany.

What you will do

  • Develop understanding of the German market environment, including top customer and emerging opportunities
  • Support designs and sales efforts with distribution branches and key customers
  • Promote our portfolio and value proposition to distribution channels and customers
  • Understand relationship dynamics at branch and customer levels
  • Develop strategies to enhance market position with distribution partners and key accounts
  • Ensure internal systems and processes are updated accurately and timely
  • Gather and communicate market and competitor intelligence

What you will need

  • Master’s degree in electrical engineering is advantageous
  • Proven technical and commercial understanding
  • Minimum 3 years of sales/marketing experience in the EMEA semiconductor industry
  • Experience promoting and selling power and commodity products
  • Experience in industrial, automotive, and distribution sectors
  • Entrepreneurial, results-oriented, customer-focused mindset
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English
  • Team player with a hands-on approach
  • Willingness to travel frequently
