Position Summary:

We are seeking aRegional Technical Sales Managerto oversee B2B sales acrossGermany, with responsibility for bothindustrialandautomotiveclients. This is a fully remote, field-based role ideal for a dynamichunter-type sales professionaleager to develop new business opportunities and deliver technical value to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development across Germany, focusing on new client acquisition (majority hunting, minority farming)
  • Deliver technical product presentations, consultations, and customer support
  • Maintain strong relationships with industrial and automotive stakeholders
  • Coordinate offers, pricing, and project requirements with internal teams
  • Conduct client visits and represent the company at industry events and trade shows
  • Document pipeline activity, customer interactions, and market trends

Candidate Profile:

  • Location:Open within Germany; must be willing to travel extensively
  • Proven track record in B2B technical sales (industrial or automotive sectors preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and win new business
