Jobbeschreibung

Strengthen our Image Guided Surgery business in Germany by becoming a part of our dynamic team. We are looking for a highly motivated and well-organized individual with a keen interest in Image Guided Surgery and surgical disciplines to support our Sales team. This position is home office-based (Frankfurt, Cologne, Dusseldorf, or Dortmund).

Your Responsibilities :

  1. Build successful and trusting relationships with customers and partners to find the best solutions for their needs
  2. Travel within your region for customer visits, workshops, and conferences
  3. Lead a team of four Application Consultants
  4. Collaborate closely with colleagues from customer consulting, product management, and regional teams
  5. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to aftersales support to ensure an excellent customer experience
  6. Prepare necessary documents for RfPs including quotes, letters, and technical responses
  7. Answer and coordinate tenders for your product area
  8. Maintain a professional and innovative image of Brainlab with customers, competitors, and colleagues

Qualifications :

  • BA / BS preferred or equivalent experience
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and well-organized
  • Leadership and sales experience with capital equipment preferred
  • Interest in Medical Devices, Software, Hospital IT, and Video Technology
  • Willingness to travel and proximity to a major airport
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Business fluent in German and fluent in English
  • Sense of humor
