Ansell is looking for a passionate, people-oriented & result driven Regional Sales Manager, Germany & Austria based in the central part of Germany to join the EMEA Commercial Business Unit, Healthcare organisation.

In this position you will play a vital role in planning, directing, controlling, coordinating, and reporting sales activities of Ansell’s products and services to achieve or exceed targeted sales & commercial results within the assigned territory. If you have a proven successful experience in B2B Healthcare Sales in Germany and in building & developing partnership as well as in leading an effective sales organisation & developing people, you might be the next colleague we are looking for!

What will your role be?

  • Be accountable for sales revenues, pricing, gross margin, expenses & develop sales & market share objectives.
  • Help in preparation of strategic, operational and financial plans whilst working closely with the RSD and involved departments (Finance, Demand and Supply planning, Marketing).
  • Develop partnership with logistic supplier, lead the planning, supply and reporting processes.
  • Survey competitor activities in the market and develop appropriate strategies.
  • Lead an effective sales organization & provide support to team members.
  • Review performance of each individual reporting to him/her, define and assign the appropriate KPIs & monitor its achievements.
  • Support in implementation of local marketing & communication activities.

  • Expert in regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge of industry, end-users, and distribution network.
  • Proven experience in leadership and people management.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales results.
  • Languages: Fluency in German and English (written and verbal).
