Qualifikationen

Due to continued growth in the German business, Skalar is seeking a Regional Sales Manager Germany.

Main Tasks:
  1. Fulfilment of sales targets (turnover and profit), which are annually determined by the Skalar Management.
  2. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for the assigned region.
  3. Execute sales strategies and promotion policies according to guidelines.
  4. Conduct direct sales activities.
  5. Present Skalar products to new and existing customers.
  6. Participate in exhibitions and webinars.
  7. Maintain thorough records via the CRM database.
  8. Liaise weekly with management regarding all projects.
  9. Provide detailed sales reports for senior management.
Main Requirements:
  1. Completed Bachelor or MSc. degree in Chemistry (Analytical / Instrumental Analysis) or similar.
  2. Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar position in the instrumental analysis industry is desirable, though other sales experience will be considered.
  3. Good knowledge of Continuous Flow Analysis and/or TOC / TN combustion technologies.
  4. Excellent sales and communication skills.
  5. Extensive travel to customer sites within Germany.
  6. Willingness to make international trips, mainly to NL headquarters.
  7. Possession of a full and valid driving license.
  8. Travel to The Netherlands for onboarding and training (4 weeks).
