Wundermart is growing fast in Germany - and we’re ready to take things to the next level.

We’re looking for a talented, entrepreneurial Regional Sales Manager to help us expand our footprint in the German market. You’ll be a key player in our German team, especially if you are based in either Berlin or Munich, and work closely with an experienced commercial lead already on the ground. If you’re driven, sharp, and passionate about growing partnerships in hospitality – this could be your next move.

What you’ll do

As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving Wundermart’s continued growth in either the Berlin or Munich area – two of our key markets. You’ll work on the entire commercial process: from identifying prospects and pitching, to signing new partners and opening shops.

We’re not starting from scratch: Wundermart is already up and running in Germany, and you’ll build on the foundation we’ve created – supported by HQ and working closely with our commercial lead in the region.

Expect to spend a lot of time in hotels, introducing them to our tech-driven shop concept, building strong relationships, and becoming a go-to name in the local hotel scene.

You’ll work hand in hand with your commercial colleague to coordinate efforts, share insights, and drive performance across Germany.

Who you are
  • You live in or near Berlin or Munich, with the flexibility to travel between cities occasionally
  • You have a valid driver’s license
  • You bring 5+ years of experience in a commercial, client-facing role
  • Experience in hospitality, retail tech, or B2B sales is a big plus
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Hospitality
  • You speak German and English fluently
  • You’re a self-starter: proactive, goal-oriented, and hands‑on
  • You build relationships with ease and know how to close a deal
  • You’re someone who thrives in a scale-up environment – fast‑paced, dynamic, and full of opportunity
