A growing retail startup in Germany is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to expand its footprint in the hospitality sector, primarily in Berlin or Munich. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in a commercial role, preferably in hospitality or B2B sales, and are fluent in German and English. We’re looking for a talented, entrepreneurial Regional Sales Manager to help us expand our footprint in the German market. You’ll be a key player in our German team, especially if you are based in either Berlin or Munich, and work closely with an experienced commercial lead already on the ground. As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving Wundermart’s continued growth in either the Berlin or Munich area – two of our key markets. You’ll work on the entire commercial process: from identifying prospects and pitching, to signing new partners and opening shops.
We’re not starting from scratch: Wundermart is already up and running in Germany, and you’ll build on the foundation we’ve created – supported by HQ and working closely with our commercial lead in the region.
Expect to spend a lot of time in hotels, introducing them to our tech-driven shop concept, building strong relationships, and becoming a go-to name in the local hotel scene.
You’ll work hand in hand with your commercial colleague to coordinate efforts, share insights, and drive performance across Germany.
