Be the primary point of contact and advocate for the biggest car dealer groups, providing top-notch support and guidance.
You and your team of around 6 Key Account and Customer Success Managers will help to shape our Go-to-Market, Sales and Customer Service strategy of our leading German automotive marketplace to the biggest car-dealer groups in Germany.
What you'll do:
You will develop long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with important senior-level decision makers
You will develop your region and the Key Account Managers to maintain the sales strategy and achieve the targets
You will coordinate and improve processes to become one voice of the customer and to maintain the targets while you will partner with the other account directors
You will develop together with the leadership team the quarterly targets
You will develop sales programs to meet our goals while you will improve data quality
You will plan and execute the efforts of sales toward the accomplishment of goals while also ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement in your region
Who you are:
You already gained at least 3 years of Sales leadership experience in the automotive sector
You act with transparency in all interactions, building trust and credibility with team members and partners. You take responsibility for decisions and actions, ensuring that promises are kept and expectations are met. Besides that you inspire and motivate the team with a clear vision and strategic direction, encouraging trust in the leadership
On top, you have an operational sales background and a deep understanding of sales processes and techniques, driving businesses forward while ensuring commitment to customer satisfaction and engagement
With your ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and your sales knowledge you can create demand and raise the profile of products and services
