Working as part of a highly skilled maintenance team, you will manage your time to drive team performance in a busy production environment. Ensuring production targets are achieved with minimal plant downtime, while striving for improvements both as a team and personally.

Shape the Future

As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and working with a high-performing sales team in Central Europe (DACH + Benelux). This position focuses on generating, managing, and closing opportunities for Druck’s industrial test and calibration equipment, software, solutions, and services within selected industrial verticals.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Opportunity: Develop, manage, and close a robust opportunity pipeline using the company’s CRM, ensuring alignment with revenue targets.
  • Team Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders, including sales, product management, product engineering, and marketing, to meet VOC and customer needs with tailored solutions.
  • Channel Collaboration: Partner with external channel partners to drive opportunities and maintain alignment on customer strategies.
  • Pipeline Management: Build, maintain, and close a strong opportunity pipeline using the company’s CRM (Deal Machine), ensuring consistent revenue growth.
  • Account Leadership: Lead strategic initiatives to improve sales processes, increase market penetration, and enhance account engagement.
  • Solution Delivery: Provide innovative, strategic solutions addressing key industry needs, showcasing Druck’s value.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong customer and partner relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Engagement: Use industry knowledge to align Druck’s offerings with customer needs and identify emerging trends.
